Working Procedure for Power Screen Crusher

Safe and efficient operation of a Power Screen crusher is paramount to achieving optimal production output while ensuring personnel safety and equipment longevity. This standardized procedure outlines the critical steps involved in its operation.

1. Pre-Operational Checks & Voorbereiding

Persoonlike Beskermende Toerusting (PPE): Ensure all personnel in the vicinity are wearing mandatory PPE: hard hat, veiligheidsbril, high-visibility vest, gehoorbeskerming, and steel-toed boots. Gloves are recommended when handling materials or performing adjustments.
Work Area Inspection: Clear the area around the crusher of personnel, obstacles, puin, and any tools not in use. Verify adequate lighting and ventilation.

Machine Inspection:
Strukturele integriteit: Visually inspect the crusher frame, wagte, val, hopper, and discharge points for any signs of damage, krake, or excessive wear. Pay special attention to liners.
Bevestigingsmiddels: Check that all bolts, neute, and other fasteners are tight and secure.
Wagte & Safety Devices: Ensure all safety guards (ry wagte, nip point guards) are correctly installed and functional. Verify emergency stop buttons are accessible and operational.
Smering: Check fluid levels (hidrouliese olie, engine oil if applicable) according to the manufacturer's specifications. Inspect grease points; lubricate bearings and moving parts as per the maintenance schedule.
Ry stelsel: Inspect belts for proper tension (refer to manual), belyning, and signs of wear or damage. Check V-belts for fraying or glazing.

2. Startup Sequence
